All memberships must be approved by the IAPPO Membership Committee and payment in full of applicable dues must be received before membership is confirmed.
Regular Membership in the Illinois Association of Public Procurement is available to all public sector procurement and materials management agencies and personnel, including those employed in federal, state, county, municipal and township activities, and public school systems, colleges, universities, hospitals, park districts, commissions, authorities, and any other political subdivisions of the State of Illinois.
Lifetime Membership
Lifetime Membership may be granted to active members upon their retirement from the purchasing profession and upon written request by the retiring member.
Lifetime members are entitled to vote and hold office and are exempt from payment of dues.
Honorary Membership
Honorary Membership may be offered to individuals who have made distinguished contributions to the purchasing profession or to IAPPO upon recommendation and majority vote of the Executive Board.
Honorary Members may not vote or hold office and are exempt from payment of dues.
