Payment In Full In Advance Only
When registering your attendees, please select the add a guest feature. When prompted, please select "registered attendee" as the type of registration. You may do this for two attendees. Any additional guests will need to be reflected under "additional attendee" and will come with a $50 charge. If you have any questions, please reach out to the contacts.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:
100% Refund if notice is received by close of business on March 5th, 2025.
50% Refund if notice is received by close of business on March 19th, 2025.
A full refund will be issued if the conference is cancelled by the association for any reason.
